  • Refunds only (order not shipped)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • Return Eligibility
  1. Under normal circumstances, customized products do not support return. Please specify the vehicle year,make and model before placing an order.
  2. If the seat cover you received doesn't fit your car(Under special circumstances), you may initiate a Return Request within 30 days from the date of the item's arrival.
  3. Please make sure all returned products are unworn, unwashed, and neatly folded in the original packaging including all tags. If you fail to do so, we will not accept your return.

 

  • Non-Returnable Item
Certain items are non-returnable, including: Customized or personalized products.

  • Return Process
Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the return authorization number. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item received).
Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 0-3 business days.(on the way)
